18th Annual Denver Luncheon will be held at the Colorado Convention Center. The foundation will celebrate their 20th Anniversary with featured speaker Ambassador Swanee Hunt and keynote Cokie Roberts, journalist and author of the bestseller Founding Mothers.

Join us on Saturday, March 15 for a visit to WACK! Art and the Feminist Revolution, the first comprehensive, historical exhibition to examine the international foundations and legacy of Feminist Art. We will also visit the Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art at the Brooklyn Museum for a viewing of The Dinner Party by Judy Chicago. At the Center, Elizabeth Sackler will be hosting a discussion – “Funding a Revolution” – with Jennifer Buffett, Barbara Dobkin, and Helen LaKelly Hunt. Dinner that evening will be hosted by Barbara Dobkin. *We also invite you to join us for brunch on Sunday, which will be an opportunity to get updated on strategic grant making for women and girls throughout the Women’s Funding Network. - International Women Leaders Global Security Summit New York, New York (November 17, 2007)
The International Women Leaders Global Security Summit will convene 75 women leaders at the Jumeirah Essex House in New York City for a historic meeting that aims to increase the effectiveness of women's leadership on global security. Current and former heads of state and government, high-level government officials and representatives from intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations will come together to formulate strategic plans on critical issues contributing to global insecurity and to take collective action to advance a broader security agenda. During the two-day meeting, conference attendees will 1) launch a process to amplify the efforts of individual women leaders and facilitate collective action, 2) generate public awareness of and support for women's leadership on security, and 3) increase resources for women's leadership on global security. The Summit is a project of the Annenberg Foundation Trust at Sunnylands in partnership with The White House Project, the Council of Women World Leaders, and the Women Leaders Intercultural Forum. 12-5-07 Jewish Theological Seminary (Manhattan, NY) The Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS) is the academic and spiritual center of Conservative Judaism worldwide, encompassing a world-class library and five schools. JTS trains tomorrow's religious, educational, academic, and lay leaders for the Jewish community and beyond.
- Utah Council for Citizen Diplomacy Salt Lake City, Utah (November 27, 2007)
The Utah Council for Citizen Diplomacy (UCCD) was established in 1967 work as a private sector partner with the US Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program. UCCD is a nonpartisan, volunteer organization dedicated to helping shape US foreign relations "one handshake at time." Each year they welcome nearly 300 emerging leaders to Utah for short-term professional programs. In addition to helping create friendships around the world, their efforts have made a significant impact on their community’s understanding of global issues and cultures in our ever changing world. In 2003, UCCD became the Utah affiliate of the World Affairs Councils of America. Since then they have partnered with Westminster College to present an outstanding lecture series. The events have been very successful and draw an audience of 250. Last year their lecturers included Clyde Prestowitz, Meg Wheatley, and John Hatch.

The United Nations Association of Greater Boston (UNA-GB) serves as a resource for the citizens of the Greater Boston area on a broad agenda of critical global issues - including peacekeeping, human rights, humanitarian relief, economic development and education - that are addressed by the United Nations and its agencies. A membership organization founded more than 50 years ago, UNA-GB educates, informs, and engages the public in a dialogue linking the local community with global affairs.
